Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years managing a parts store in a maintenance department.
• Ability to organize, secure and manage a parts room.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly cycle counts of maintenance parts to verify min & max.
• Maintain inventory data in Keep Trax and ensure parts relate to equipment.
• Coordinate receiving and stocking items and communicate with vendors.
• Enter PMs and work orders in Keep Trax.
• Monitor spending by accounts and report to Maintenance Manager.
• Keep the tool crib organized and stocked.
