Qualifications

• Must have prior café management experience.

• Must be flexible to work varying hours including weekdays and weekends.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative and operational tasks in cafe/retail.
• Plan and supervise special functions and events.
• Maintain cash controls and payroll records.
• Hire and train hourly team members.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and positive public relations.
