LINE DC is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager in Washington, DC to guide daily operations across restaurant, coffee shop, and in-room dining. The role emphasizes integrity, vision, and consistent excellence in guest and employee experiences.

As a hands-on leader, you will manage floor operations, cost controls, team development, and ensure profitability while maintaining LINE policies and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role in the restaurant industry.
• Strong MS Office and F&B software (POS) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing restaurant, coffee shop and in-room dining operations.
• Run floor shifts; oversee opening, closing, and service procedures.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of servers and support staff.
• Oversee beverage program operational oversight with inventory management.
• Maintain guest-first service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Monitor feedback through in-person interactions and online reviews.
• Collaborate with senior managers on menus, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure menus are programmed into the POS and reporting aligns with revenue centers.
