Qualifications

• Three or more years supervisory or management experience in food service operations.
• Strong knowledge of culinary operations and trends.
• Experience with budgeting, payroll, inventory, and cash management.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office programs and email.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cafe, retail and hospitality operations.
• Train, coach, and develop frontline associates and supervisors.
• Manage onboarding and create a culture of continuous learning.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, inventory control and financial reporting.
