Eurest in Boston, MA is seeking a Cafe Operations Manager to lead a high-volume café and retail operation, focusing on guest experiences, food quality, and service excellence.

You will oversee staffing, training, inventory, payroll, cash controls, and event execution, while fostering a strong team culture and strict food-safety standards to drive client satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred, or A.A. degree plus related experience.
• Three+ years supervisory or management experience in food service operations.
• Knowledge of culinary operations and retail, food and catering trends.
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills.
• Proficient in budgeting, accounting, and computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Experience leading foodservice, café, retail, or hospitality operations
• Train, coach, and develop frontline associates and supervisors
• Support onboarding and foster a culture of continuous learning
• Oversee budgeting, payroll, inventory, and cash management
• Drive customer service and operational excellence
• Manage all financials including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Maintain knowledge of market trends
• Ensure cost controls and expenditures are managed
• Oversee sanitation and safety
