Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience or leadership experience in a related field.

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and coaching skills required.

Responsibilities

• 45% Managing Process: Ensures operations procedures followed; identifies changes to improve methods.
• 25% Coaching and Developing Associates: Train, coach, and evaluate hourly staff; handle staffing decisions.
• 15% Drives Results: Maintain inventory accuracy; analyze metrics to identify improvements.
• 15% Business Planning: Plan staffing to meet production needs and performance targets.
• Additional duties as assigned by Operations Manager or General Manager.
