Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a DC Area Supervisor to lead a 20–30 person hourly team and drive efficient, safe distribution center operations.

You will hire, evaluate, develop, discipline and potentially terminate associates while ensuring accurate merchandise handling and alignment with daily goals. This role reports to the Operations Manager and requires strong leadership and process improvement focus.

Responsibilities
