Job summary

Nova 401(k) Associates is a national, remote-first retirement plan administration firm. We manage a caseload of DB/DC combo plans and consult on plan operations while coordinating with recordkeepers and advisors.

The team values extensive experience with DC/DB plans and nondiscrimination testing. Qualified candidates will have five or more years in combo or DC/DB environments, a strong grasp of cash balance plans, and expect a competitive base salary, overtime pay, and generous PTO.
