Job summary

Nova 401(k) Associates is seeking a qualified Defined Contribution Account Manager for a fully remote role. You will support client and advisor service, backed by a robust implementation, plan document, and support teams, with weekly cadence on deadlines.

The position offers a 37.5-hour work week, generous PTO, ongoing professional training, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, disability, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and an HSA. Remote work is supported nationwide.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of combo plan or defined contribution experience with defined benefit exposure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client and advisor relationships with a high active client retention rate.
• Maintain a caseload of DB/DC Combo plans.
• Manage and prioritize workload toward weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment.
• Exemplify superior client service and advise clients on plan operation and design.
• Collaborate with other Nova departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great client experience.
• Document all client interactions in our workflow management system.
• Perform work according to Nova policies and procedures.
• Expand professional knowledge through seminars and self-study.
• Clearly communicate with the client and advisor on the complexities of combo plans including annual funding requirements, plan design, and deadlines (funding, 5500, PBGC, amendments).
