Nova 401(k) Associates, with offices in Houston and Scottsdale, offers a fully remote HR Generalist role. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or business and at least five years of HR Generalist experience.

You will provide HR guidance on complex issues such as accommodations, investigations, and terminations, administer benefits and 401(k) plans, manage open enrollment and compliance, and create training programs for management and employees.

• 5+ years HR Generalist experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with proficiency in MS Excel & Word.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.

• Base salary of $95,000–$115,000 plus bonus.
