Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in non-discrimination testing.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA and Internal Revenue Code and Regulations.
• Strong research and analytical skills, flexibility, adaptability, and high-level critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Review work product prepared by team members, including annual trust accounting, ADP/ACP testing, 401(a)4 testing, 410(b) testing, 5500 forms, contribution calculations, and safe harbor compliance.
• Provide feedback and training on work product to junior staff members and interpret plan documents/notices.
• Participate in process improvement, standards development, and client service projects as time permits.

Job description

• Review work product prepared by team members, including annual trust accounting, ADP/ACP testing, 401(a)4 testing, 410(b) testing, 5500 forms, contribution calculations, and safe harbor compliance.
• Provide feedback and training on work product to junior staff members and interpret plan documents/notices.
• Participate in process improvement, standards development, and client service projects as time permits.

Qualifications:

• Seven or more years of experience in non-discrimination testing.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA and Internal Revenue Code and Regulations.
• Strong research and analytical skills, flexibility, adaptability, and high-level critical thinking.
• Base salary of $100,000 - $120,000 with a 37.5-hour work week.

• Work from home in the USA, with travel to home office or events approximately 1-2 times per year.
• Flexible start time between 7:30 am and 8:30 am, with all necessary computer equipment supplied.
