Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support Taco Bell operations as a franchisee. You will run shifts independently, take ownership of problems, and guide team members while ensuring smooth service and adherence to standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, basic PC literacy, and the ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs. Must be 18+ with reliable transportation. Background checks are performed for management employees.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong math and accounting skills with analytical/decision‑making ability.
• Able to walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for 80% of shifts.
• Background checks are conducted for management staff.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsabilidades

• Run great shifts in a self‑sufficient manner to support the RGM.
• Take ownership and solve problems; seek help when appropriate.
• Provide guidance to others and assist team members as needed.
