Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support Taco Bell operations at our Bartlett, TN location. You will run shifts, solve problems independently, and guide team members to deliver great guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic math and accounting skills, and a reliable transportation method. Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs and standing most of the shift is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision-making
• Able to walk, lift up to 50 lbs, stand for 80% of shift
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner
• Take ownership to solve problems and guide others when needed
• Provide guidance to team and help maintain smooth operations during shifts
• Ensure adherence to company policies and franchise standards
