Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Columbus to collaborate with the General Manager, motivate the team, and ensure a great guest experience. You will help set the tone and morale, coach team members, and take charge with minimal supervision to open and close the store while upholding quality and a clean environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and can work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check per law
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training
• Driver's license (preferred or required at some locations)
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations
• Additional benefits eligibility as per hire guidelines

Responsibilities
