Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in Hudson, OH is seeking a Shift Leader. You will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team, coach teammates, and deliver a warm guest experience. You’ll open and close the store with minimal supervision, uphold food quality, and keep the environment safe and clean.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.

• ServSafe Certification required prior to completing leadership training.
• Current valid state driver’s license preferred (requirements may vary by location).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
