Job summary

Bruegger's Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader in Columbus, Ohio. You’ll collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver outstanding guest experiences, taking charge of the morale and tone.

You’ll provide feedback and coaching to teammates and oversee opening and closing duties with minimal supervision. You’ll help ensure the quality of food and beverages while maintaining a safe, clean store environment, with opportunities for growth as many leaders began as Shift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work varied hours including early hours and weekends; flexibility essential.
• Must pass background check as required by law; ServSafe certification prior to leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
