Bruegger's Bagels in Beachwood, OH is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will work directly with the General Manager to set team morale, coach staff, and open/close the store with little supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team and maintain morale under the direction of the General Manager.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Grow your career; many General Managers started as Shift Leaders.
