Bruegger's Bagels in Brecksville, OH is seeking a Shift Leader to partner with the General Manager, motivate the team, and deliver a great guest experience.

You will open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensure food quality and a clean, safe environment, and coach team members. The role offers a work-life balanced schedule with no evenings or nights and opportunities for career growth within Bagel Brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Pass background check where required.
• ServSafe Certification before leadership training completion.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is preferred, as required by location.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
