Job summary

Nudy’s Cafés is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of daily operations on daytime shifts across our Main Line locations. You will oversee front- and back‑of‑house teams, ensure a warm guest experience, and maintain a 30‑minute service standard while upholding food safety and quality.

This role offers a generous benefits package, company‑paid health coverage, a $55k base with a $5k bonus potential, and a clear growth path from RM to GM as the chain expands.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience leading both dining room and kitchen teams.
• Ability to lead a shift with confidence and accountability.
• ServSafe Manager Certification preferred or obtainable within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pre‑shift meetings and coach staff.
• Maintain 30‑minute guest experience standard.
• Coordinate front- and back-of-house operations for seamless service.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, cash reconciliation, and shift execution.
