Nudy’s Cafés is seeking a Restaurant Manager for daytime, full-operations leadership on the Main Line, PA. You’ll lead a 6:30 AM–4:30 PM shift, 5 days a week, coordinating front- and back-of-house operations to deliver a high-quality guest experience.

Minimum 3–5+ years in restaurant leadership, proven ability to manage both dining room and kitchen, and a focus on food safety and cleanliness. Compensation includes $55,000 base salary with a $5,000 bonus potential, plus company-paid benefits and

• 3–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience working in both dining room and kitchen environments.
• Ability to lead a shift with confidence and accountability.
• Strong understanding of guest experience, team leadership, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Restaurant Experience by being present during peak hours and creating a welcoming environment.
• Oversee the full operation as the on-duty manager for the entire restaurant, coordinating FOH and BOH.
• Drive service and performance to maintain the 30-minute guest experience standard and ensure accurate delivery of meals.
• Develop and support the team through daily pre-shift meetings, coaching, and clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness with daily line checks, temperature logs, and guest-ready standards.
• Support daily business operations including inventory, cash reconciliation, and staffing flow.
