Nudy’s Cafés on the Main Line, PA is seeking a daytime Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of the operation during your shift—front of house, back of house, and team performance—delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience in both dining room and kitchen environments.
• Ability to lead a shift with confidence and accountability.
• Strong understanding of guest experience, service flow, team leadership, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant experience during peak hours.
• Oversee full operation from front-of-house to back-of-house.
• Maintain the 30-minute guest experience standard.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and daily reporting.
