Nudy’s Cafés is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daytime shifts across front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations. You will drive a warm, efficient guest experience while maintaining high standards, coaching a team, and ensuring safety and cleanliness.

The role focuses on running a highly organized operation with a 30‑minute dining experience, advancement opportunities within a family‑owned group, and a predictable daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience leading both dining room and kitchen teams.
• Ability to run a shift with accountability and pace.
• ServSafe Manager Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be present in the dining room during peak hours and create a welcoming, engaging environment for every guest.
• You are the manager on duty, responsible for the entire restaurant and coordinating front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams.
• Maintain the 30‑minute guest experience standard and ensure food is prepared and delivered efficiently and accurately.
• Lead daily pre‑shift meetings, coach team members, set clear expectations and follow‑through, address performance issues professionally.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards with daily line checks and temperature logs.
• Assist with inventory, product management, cash reconciliation and daily reporting; coordinate staffing flow and shifts.
