Job summary

Nudy’s Cafés is seeking a Restaurant Manager for full operations leadership during the daytime. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring a great guest experience while leading the front and back of house teams effectively.

This position offers a $55,000 base salary plus a $5,000 performance bonus, along with company-paid health and dental benefits. Experience in high-volume dining environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience working in both dining room and kitchen environments.
• Ability to lead a shift with confidence and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience during shifts.
• Oversee the full operation of the restaurant.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and coach team members.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
