Nudy’s Cafés on the Main Line is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the full operation during daytime shifts—front of house, back of house, and guest experience.

You will oversee a 5‑day schedule (6:30 AM–4:30 PM), with no nights, and coach both dining room and kitchen teams to deliver a consistent 30‑minute guest experience. This growing, family‑owned brand offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience leading both dining room and kitchen environments.
• Ability to lead a shift with confidence and accountability.
• ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Experience in high-volume breakfast, brunch, or casual dining environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant experience and guest satisfaction on shift.
• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house teams for coordinated execution.
• Maintain the 30-minute guest experience standard.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and coach team members.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Assist with inventory, cash reconciliation, and daily reporting.
