Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience working in both dining room and kitchen environments.
• Ability to lead a shift with confidence and accountability.
• Strong understanding of guest experience, service flow, team leadership, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant experience during peak hours in the dining room.
• Oversee full operation including front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Drive service and performance to maintain the 30‑minute guest experience standard.
• Develop and support team members with coaching and clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards and daily line checks.
