Nudy’s Cafés in the Main Line region hires a Restaurant Manager to lead the full operation during daytime shifts, overseeing front-of-house and back-of-house, ensuring a welcoming guest experience, and driving consistent execution.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes team development, scheduling, food safety, inventory, and local store performance. Daytime schedule, no nights, five days weekly, with growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience
• Experience working in both dining room and kitchen environments
• Ability to lead a shift with confidence and accountability
• Strong understanding of guest experience and service flow, team leadership and coaching, food safety and cleanliness standards

Responsibilities

• Lead the Restaurant Experience: be present in dining room during peak hours, create a welcoming environment, ensure warm, attentive, efficient service
• Oversee the Full Operation: manager on duty for entire restaurant, guide front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensure coordinated execution
• Drive Service & Performance: maintain 30-minute guest experience standard, support pacing, communication, teamwork
• Develop and Support Your Team: lead daily pre-shift meetings, coach staff, set clear expectations, address performance professionally
• Maintain Food Safety & Cleanliness Standards: daily line checks, temperature logs, uphold sanitation standards, keep guest-ready at all times
• Support Daily Business Operations: assist with inventory, cash reconciliation, daily reporting, staffing flow and shift execution
