Job summary

Butler’s Pantry is seeking a Daytime Operations Coordinator in Missouri to support day-to-day catering duties, load and unload event trucks, and assist with venue setup. The role requires reliability and a positive, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current & Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Current & Valid Auto Insurance is required.
• Ability to safely drive 16-26’ vehicles.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Physically demanding responsibilities - ability to lift heavy loads; ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks in an efficient and organized manner.
• Complete Design Studio and Specialty Item return sheets after unloading event trucks.
• Return black books to the front desk after events.
• Support the Entertaining NOW delivery team as needed.
• Complete rental drop offs and pick-ups with the team and execute set ups as requested.
• Assist with venue event setup. Venue tasks include: interpreting layouts, polishing flatware, setting place settings, and folding napkins.
• Load out all BP events at the BP commissary ensuring nothing is missed from the box ups, beverage order and blue racks of food.
• Attend the weekly/bi-weekly L10 meetings (frequency dependent upon season).
• Interpret and follow the daily query with task assignments and communicate with manager on daily progress.
• Complete all black book prep and packing lists interpretation and tagging.
• Help maintain organization & cleanliness at the warehouse, commissary, and fleet.
• Complete weekly paper goods and chemical inventories and submit to the Director of Operations.
• Check blue clipboards on the BP dock during vendor deliveries and follow calendar invites.
• Deliver clean dish to the BP commissary and manage warehouse trash runs.
• Deliver tasting rentals prior to tastings and collect after tastings.
• Send daily updates/recaps to the EOD Recap chat for smooth shift transition.
