Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in a catering or restaurant leadership role.
• Ability to problem-solve in real time.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional conduct.
• Willingness to work a flexible, non-traditional schedule.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads.
• Hepatitis A vaccination is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and presentation of cuisine to Butler’s Pantry standards at offsite events.
• Execute tasks according to the event’s BEO.
• Ensure fresh, quality food products are maintained.
• Maintain stocked, clean, properly stored supplies.
