You will lead on-site culinary operations at off-site events, uphold Butler’s Pantry standards, and ensure the team delivers outstanding experiences while exceeding client expectations. Requires leadership experience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant catering or restaurant leadership experience.
• Able to problem-solve in real time.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional conduct.
• Flexible schedule with non-traditional hours.
• Must have reliable transportation and Hepatitis A vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and presentation per Butler’s Pantry standards and ensure quality control for offsite events.
• Execute all tasks according to the event’s BEO.
• Ensure fresh, high-quality food and proper storage.
• Ensure supplies are stocked, cleaned, and properly stored.
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Model appropriate behavior and represent the Company’s values to clients.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet organizational goals.
