Job summary

Butler's Pantry is seeking an Evening Operations Coordinator to join our team. The role involves loading and unloading event trucks, keeping the warehouse and fleet clean, and collaborating with service staff to ensure smooth event logistics.

You will work on-site, maintain packing lists, and assist with staging for events. A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive large vehicles are required, along with strong communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• Current & valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to safely drive 16-26’ vehicles.
• Strong communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload event trucks on-site with service staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and fleet.
• Attend weekly/bi-weekly meetings (season dependent).
• Interpret packing lists and transfer to staging areas and event trucks.
• Prepare and replenish supplies and equipment for events.
