Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of installing, repairing and maintaining computers and peripherals.
• Familiarity with local area networks and desktop software.
• Strong customer service and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine user assistance and support for software and hardware.
• Install computers, peripherals and perform routine software upgrades.
• Document problems, resolutions and forward complex issues to senior staff.
• Assist IT team with lab reloads, hardware upgrades and AV setup.
