Job summary

Chick-fil-A Bloomingdale, IL is seeking individuals to grow into leadership roles within our restaurant. After training, you will take on a leadership role, guiding daily operations, developing team members, and upholding Chick-fil-A standards of quality and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience, in a restaurant a plus.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Consistent availability.
• Must be able to work 1 weekday M-TH opening shift (6:00AM) and 1 weekend F/Sat opening shift (6:00am) minimum.

Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the shift, including assigning Team Members in their positions, managing operational bottlenecks, and addressing guest concerns
• Setting goals for Team Members and coaching toward continuous improvement
• Overseeing daily operational systems, like shift checklists, food safety and quality assessments, and catering preparation
• Stewarding resources by monitoring labor costs and coaching behaviors that impact food cost
• Implement and hold the team accountable to systems that ensure quality and customer experience embody Chick-fil-A standards
• Meeting weekly with a Director to set shift goals and personal development goals in a one-on-one
