Chick-fil-A Macland Crossing is seeking a Front of House Shift Leader to guide guest experiences and support team development during shifts. This mid-level leadership role sets the floor tone, ensures service standards, and partners with senior leaders to uphold Chick-fil-A's commitment to care and quality.

You will model hospitality, coach teammates in real time, and manage shift flow while maintaining speed, cleanliness, and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or key-holder role is preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• High standards for service, cleanliness, and accuracy.
• Coachable, dependable, and solution-oriented.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Role Overview

The Front of House Shift Leader is a mid-level leadership role responsible for leading the guest experience and supporting team member development during assigned shifts. This leader sets the tone on the floor, ensures operational excellence, and partners with senior leaders to execute Chick-fil-A standards with consistency and care.

This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and desires to grow their leadership skills while positively impacting guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Front of House operations during assigned shifts
• Model Chick-fil-A hospitality and service standards at all times
• Coach, train, and develop team members in real-time
• Ensure accuracy, speed, cleanliness, food quality and food safety standards are met
• Manage shift flow: positioning, breaks, and labor efficiency
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and leadership teams
• Uphold Chick-fil-A values and culture on every shift
