Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products for home improvement, and provide friendly service throughout their shopping experience.

You will assist customers in locating items, answer questions, stock shelves, and process orders while collaborating with different store departments to meet customer needs. This role emphasizes strong customer interaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months of retail technology experience (smartphones/tablets)
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform duties as needed
• Minimum lift of 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and timely
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise (paint tinting, pipe cutting, wood cutting, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
