Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Day Porter in Midland, TX to support custodial operations under supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor. Responsibilities include cleaning, floor care, dusting, window/walls cleaning, and restocking supplies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.

• Spot clean daily and shampoo rugs as directed.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces; high dusting as needed.
