Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule and assign cleaning staff for daily interior cleaning.
• Inspect areas and ensure work complies with procedures; manage supplies and inventory.
• May assist with hiring, training, performance reviews, promotions and transfers.
• Prepare reports on occupancy, hours, staff assignments and department expenses.
• Supervise exterior cleaning and basic maintenance where applicable.
• Ensure safe operation of cleaning equipment and chemical handling.
