Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Lead Night Cleaner in Midland, TX to supervise cleaning staff, schedule tasks, and maintain high turnover and safety standards. You will coordinate interior cleaning activities, manage supplies, and help with basic exterior maintenance as needed.

The role requires strong organizational skills, at least 2 years supervisory experience, and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Competitive pay and benefits are provided by C&W Services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 2 years related experience, preferably supervisory.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule and assign cleaning staff for daily interior cleaning.
• Inspect areas, ensure proper work, manage supplies and inventory.
• Train new staff, conduct performance reviews, and assist with staffing decisions.
• Prepare reports on occupancy, hours, tasks, and department expenses.
• Oversee exterior cleaning, maintenance and basic repairs as needed.
• Ensure safe operation of cleaning equipment and SDS compliance.
