Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q in Garner, NC is seeking an experienced restaurant shift manager to open and lead the restaurant Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm. This role focuses on scratch-made menu items and delivering exceptional guest service.

The opening manager will be a hands-on leader with drive-thru experience, aiming to move away from nights and weekends while maintaining high standards of operation and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experienced restaurant leader, current or very recent drive-thru experience.
• Ideal candidate may have previously been a GM or AGM stepping away from nights and weekends.
• High standards of operational execution.
• A guest advocate—do not let anyone leave unhappy!
• Hands-on style of leadership and upbeat personality.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
• Standard-driven to deliver fantastic food, value and customer service.
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu items.
• Must be on your feet for extended periods and lift 50 lbs.

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced and high caliber restaurant shift manager to be responsible for opening and leading our restaurant Monday - Friday from 8am - 5m

This is a critical role as it will involve handling all our scratch-made menu items and ensuring we serve our guests at an exceptionally high level.

Opening Manager Candidates Compensation and Benefits:

• This is a Monday through Friday full-time daytime role.
• Hourly wage in the $19-$20 range .
