Job summary

Friedman Real Estate is seeking a Residential Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of on-site properties. You will manage AP/AR, rent collections, and reporting while serving as the face of the community to residents and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of property management experience, strong communication, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably Yardi PMS.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of residential property management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Yardi Property Management Software preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP/AR and rent collections.
• Interact with residents and address needs.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Oversee on-site contractors and vendor relations.
• Handle marketing, facilities management and leasing.
• Lease new apartments and renewals, maintain occupancy.
• Supervise maintenance and administrative staff.
