Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing, supporting, or optimizing Dayforce or similar human capital management technology solutions.
• 5+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional design, system configuration, or deployment activities.
• Experience leading project teams or workstreams for human capital management technology implementations.
• Experience with testing, issue resolution, stakeholder management, and deployment support for enterprise technology programs.
• Experience with human capital management processes such as HR, payroll, time & attendance, benefits, or talent management.
• Ability to travel 50% on average based on client engagement and industry served.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dayforce implementation, enhancement, and support activities across HR, payroll, time, and related HCM processes.
• Partner with client stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
