Job summary

Deloitte's Human Capital practice is seeking a Dayforce Talent Consultant to help clients transform talent operations through Dayforce-enabled solutions. You will support implementation and optimization across recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and learning processes, collaborating with client stakeholders and project teams.

The role requires 3+ years in talent management implementations, configuration, data migration, testing, and experience with HR compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing or supporting Dayforce Talent modules
• 3+ years with talent processes (recruiting, onboarding, performance, succession, or learning)
• Experience with system configuration, data migration, and process documentation
• Experience with testing activities, defect tracking, and validation of talent management functionality
• Ability to travel 50% on average; immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Support Dayforce Talent implementations and enhancements by gathering business requirements and assisting with system configuration
• Analyze talent processes to support solution design and process improvement
• Develop functional documentation, test scenarios, and support materials for deployment and operations
• Execute testing, document defects, validate outcomes, and support issue resolution with project teams and stakeholders
• Support data migration, training, and change activities for client users and contribute to project planning and deliverable management
