Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing, supporting, or optimizing Dayforce or similar human capital management technology solutions.
• 5+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional design, system configuration, or deployment activities.
• Experience leading project teams or workstreams for human capital management technology implementations.
• Experience with testing, issue resolution, stakeholder management, and deployment support for enterprise technology programs.
• Experience with human capital management business processes, including HR, payroll, time and attendance, benefits, or talent management.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Experience supporting full life cycle Dayforce implementations
• Experience in consulting or professional services environment
• Dayforce or Ceridian certification

Responsibilities

• Lead Dayforce implementation, enhancement, and support activities across HR, payroll, time, and related HCM business processes.
• Partner with client stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and translate business needs into scalable functional solutions.
• Oversee functional design, testing, deployment, and issue resolution activities to support quality delivery and operational readiness.
• Manage project teams, mentor practitioners, and coordinate workstreams to support timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Contribute to practice growth through solution development, client relationship management, and support for proposals or business development activities.
