Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Dayforce Consultant within the Human Capital practice to support transformation of talent operations using Dayforce-enabled solutions. You will configure, test, document, and deploy talent modules across recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning, partnering with client stakeholders and project teams to ensure delivery success.

The role requires 3+ years in Dayforce or similar talent systems, strong communication, and the ability to travel ~50%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting Dayforce Talent modules or similar talent management solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with talent processes including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, or learning.
• Experience with system configuration, data migration, and process documentation.
• Experience with testing activities, defect tracking, and validation of talent management system functionality.
• Experience working with HR compliance or data privacy requirements in talent technology environments.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Support Dayforce Talent implementations and enhancement efforts by gathering business requirements and assisting with system configuration.
• Analyze talent processes to support solution design and process improvement.
• Develop functional documentation, test scenarios, and support materials for deployment and operations.
• Execute testing activities, document defects, validate outcomes, and assist with issue resolution.
• Support data migration, training, and change activities for client users and contribute to project planning and status tracking.
