Job summary

Deloitte’s Human Capital practice is at the forefront of transforming work and workforce dynamics, helping organizations optimize talent strategies with Dayforce-enabled solutions. In this role, you will support implementation and optimization across recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and learning processes.

You will gather requirements, configure solutions, test, document results, and help deliver talent technology aligned to business needs for clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing or supporting Dayforce Talent modules or similar.
• 3+ years of talent processes (recruiting, onboarding, performance, succession, learning).
• Experience with system configuration, data migration, and process documentation.
• Experience with testing activities, defect tracking, and validation of talent management functionality.
• Travel about 50% on average; willing to travel as required.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and assist with Dayforce configuration.
• Analyze talent processes to support solution design and process improvement.
• Develop functional documentation, test scenarios, and support materials for deployment.
• Execute testing activities, document defects, validate outcomes, and support issue resolution.
• Support data migration, training, and change activities for client users and contribute to project planning and deliverables.
