Job summary

Deloitte's Dayforce Talent Consultant in our Human Capital practice helps clients implement and optimize Dayforce across recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and learning. You will gather requirements, configure solutions, and develop documentation to enable deployment and ongoing operations.

A successful candidate can travel about 50% and thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment, with opportunities to pursue Dayforce or other HCM certifications and advance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting Dayforce Talent modules.
• 3+ years of experience with talent processes (recruiting, onboarding, etc.).
• Experience with system configuration, data migration, and process documentation.
• Experience with testing activities, defect tracking, and validation.
• Experience with HR compliance or data privacy in talent tech.
• Willingness to travel ~50%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and assist with system configuration.
• Analyze talent processes to support design and process improvement.
• Develop functional docs, test scenarios, and support materials.
• Execute testing activities, document defects, and support issue resolution.
• Support data migration, training, and change activities; aid project planning.
