Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Dayforce Talent Consultant to join our Human Capital team. You will support Dayforce Talent implementations, configuration, and optimization across recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and learning processes for diverse client engagements.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders and project teams to document requirements, test solutions, and deliver talent technology aligned to business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing or supporting Dayforce Talent modules.
• 3+ years experience with talent processes (recruiting, onboarding, performance, succession, learning).
• Experience with system configuration, data migration, and process documentation.
• Experience with testing activities, defect tracking, and validation of talent management system functionality.
• Experience working with HR compliance or data privacy requirements in talent technology environments.
• Ability to travel 50% on average depending on client work.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support Dayforce Talent implementations and enhancement efforts by gathering business requirements and assisting with system configuration.
• Analyze talent processes, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and learning, to support solution design and process improvement.
• Develop functional documentation, test scenarios, and support materials to enable successful deployment and ongoing operations.
• Execute testing activities, document defects, validate outcomes, and support issue resolution with project team members and client stakeholders.
• Support data migration, training, and change activities for client users and contribute to project planning, status tracking, and deliverable management.
