Job summary

Deloitte France seeks a Dayforce Consultant to support talent implementations across recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and learning. You will configure solutions, document requirements, and assist with testing while coordinating with client stakeholders and project teams for successful deployment.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in Dayforce or similar talent systems, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced consulting

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting Dayforce Talent modules or similar talent management solutions
• 3+ years of experience with talent processes including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, or learning
• Experience with system configuration, data migration, and process documentation
• Experience with testing activities, defect tracking, and validation of talent management system functionality
• Experience with HR compliance or data privacy in talent technology environments
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on client needs
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Support Dayforce Talent implementations and enhancements by gathering requirements and assisting with configuration
• Analyze talent processes to support solution design and process improvement
• Develop functional documentation, test scenarios, and support materials for deployment
• Execute testing activities, document defects, validate outcomes, and assist with issue resolution
• Support data migration, training, and change activities for client users and contribute to project planning and status tracking
