Deloitte’s Human Capital practice seeks a Dayforce Talent Consultant to support implementing and optimizing Dayforce Talent modules across recruitment, onboarding, performance, succession, and learning. You will collaborate with client stakeholders, gather requirements, and configure solutions to fit business needs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, meticulous work, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing or supporting Dayforce Talent modules.
• 3+ years with talent processes (recruiting, onboarding, performance, succession, learning).
• Experience with system configuration, data migration and process documentation.
• Experience with testing, defect tracking, validation of talent management functionality.
• Experience with HR compliance or data privacy in talent technology environments.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support Dayforce Talent implementations and enhancement efforts by gathering business requirements and assisting with system configuration.
• Analyze talent processes, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and learning, to support solution design and process improvement.
• Develop functional documentation, test scenarios, and support materials to enable successful deployment and ongoing operations.
• Execute testing activities, document defects, validate outcomes, and support issue resolution with project team members and client stakeholders.
• Support data migration, training, and change activities for client users and contribute to project planning, status tracking, and deliverable management.
