Job summary

Player 15 Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk to support all facets of payroll. You will process payroll, review timesheets, and ensure accuracy in Dayforce while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

You will collaborate with People & Culture to resolve discrepancies, run payroll audits, and maintain employee records including hires, rehires, terms, and job changes. Strong Excel and Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of payroll processing or related finance experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to learn different HRIS/time tracking systems and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process and assist in processing payroll in Dayforce.
• Review timesheets and payroll-related documents for accuracy.
• Communicate with team members and resolve discrepancies related to employees’ pay.
• Maintain employee records and assist in processing hires, rehires, terms, and job changes.
