Job summary

Player 15 Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk to support all facets of payroll. You will process payroll, review timesheets, and ensure accuracy in Dayforce while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

You will collaborate with People & Culture to resolve discrepancies, run payroll audits, and maintain employee records including hires, rehires, terms, and job changes. Strong Excel and Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of payroll processing or related finance experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to learn different HRIS/time tracking systems and maintain confidentiality.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Payroll Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will support all facets of payroll for Player 15 Group while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.

Your Role on the Team

• Process and assist in processing payroll
  • Reviews and analyzes timesheets, payroll payments spreadsheets and all other documents for accuracy and process them in Dayforce
• Continuously communicating with team members
  • Identify problems and work with P&C to resolve discrepancies related to employees' pay
  • Run audits and payroll reports to identify and resolve issues
• Maintain Employee Records
  • Work with P&C in processing new hires, rehires, terms and job changes

Your Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manager priorities
• 1-2 years of payroll processing, accounting or related finance experience
• Dayforce experience a plus
• If applicable (role-specific):
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information as well as other sensitive information of the Organization
• Ability to learn different time tracking/HRIS systems
